Color: Pearl White. Loaded with aroma and flavor led by salt water taffy and orange blossom honey. Food Pairing: This tasty offering will pair well with Asian foods, especially Thai and Malaysian. Carribean and Cajun influenced cuisine such as Jerk Chicken, New Orleans Style Red Beans will leave you and your guests mouths watering.
Straightforward peach and apricot flavors. Clean but a touch blowsy in the end. Viognier, Sémillon, Chardonnay and others.
Pindar Autumn GoldA delicate white wine, clean and crisp. (Like a fine Pinot Gris). A perfect accompaniment to chicken, fish, and cheeses. A great everyday white wine.
Pindar Sweet ScarletA red wine that is "user friendly." Full-bodied but with a hint of sweetness, this off-dry wine is great chilled (we prefer it this way) or at room temperature. Serve it with barbecue foods, hamburgers, Italian foods (especially red sauces), and spicy cuisine (such as Indian).
Paumanok Assemblage 2000The 2000 Assemblage made from the same level of grapes found in the Grand Vintage bottlings, consists of merlot and cabernet sauvignon (45 percent each) and cabernet franc (10 percent). Don't be put off by the artificial cork. The wine, dominated by the cabernet sauvignon, is big, round, strongly alcoholic, deeply smoky, with notes of cassis, chocolate and prunes.

Osprey's Dominion Vineyards MerlotOsprey's Dominion Merlot offers classic dark plum aromas with blackberry preserves, sweet cedar, smoke and vanilla. And while the nose is rather fruity, the palate isn't overly so with rich flavors of chocolate, mint and tobacco joining the party. The medium tannins are there, but not overly aggressive. With another year or so in bottle they should integrate even more. Overall, this wine is medium on body but full on flavor. Voted "Best in Category" at the 2015 Atlantic Seaboard competition.
Pindar MythologyThe 2007 is a lively and robust blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. Decanting will open up hints of black currant and plum on the nose and earthy, woodsy flavors of tobacco, dried cherries, and toasted vanilla. An incredible wine from a renowned year, the 2007 Mythology is just starting its journey!
Pindar PythagorasShowing some toastiness on the nose and a higher proportion of merlot than usual, this is a very stylish Pythagoras. Medium full in the mouth and packed with black fruit and subtle smoky oak tones. Soft on the attack, but grippy and brisk on the finish. Very good friendly.

Martha Clara Solstice RoséNorthern Solstice Rosé is the Rosé of summer. This rosé is an enticing blend of Merlot, Chardonnay, and Riesling offering notes of watermelon. This wine will pair well with an assortment of cheeses, seafood, veggies, salads, light pasta dishes and any entrée with mushrooms, especially black truffles. This wine especially pairs well with friends and family and is best enjoyed poolside, on the beach, on boat, or just about anywhere in the outdoors.
Martha Clara Cabernet SauvignonThis medium-bodied Cabernet offers earthy notes of portabella mushroom along with blackberry and pepper. The velvety tannins on the palate give way to soft berry flavors of raspberry and cassis with hints of anise.

Pindar Sauvignon BlancGrown on the bluffs of Long Island's North Fork, less than 100 yards from Long Island Sound. The north-south sloping vineyard produces a Sauvignon Blanc of distinct flavors and aromas reminiscent of the great wines of Bordeaux. The magnificent 2009 vintage has an unusually big profile with grapefruit, peach, and a hint on lemongrass, culminating in a crisp, clean finish.

Martha Clara CielColor: Golden Sultana. Robust notes of candied pineapple and tropical fruits on the nose. The palate offers the flavors of mango, dried citrus and floral notes. A vibrant acidity keeps the palate refreshed and cleansed. Food Pairing: Wine should be served cool at 55° to 60°F. Pairs best with fresh fruit, blue cheeses and friends.
